There is no changes for 2009 from 2007 including the requirement to have on file an Event Participation Agreement (each church only once for all future events.) and if you are working as an official or scorekeeper or other worker, fill out the Day Event Volunteer Application form for each event.

The registration form will give dates for events and coaches meetings.
