Ministry:
Roy and Betty have served for over 19 years as AWANA missionaries in the Northern two-thirds of Wisconsin. During that time they have seen AWANA grow from 112 Churches to 215 and there are new Awana Clubs starting up this summer. The Koopmans seek to introduce AWANA to local churches and train them to impact their communities with the Gospel of Christ. AWANA is a nondenominational ministry that assists churches in reaching children and teenagers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and training them to serve Him. Calvary Bible Church has had an AWANA Club for over 30 years! Join the Koopmans in praising the Lord for the many opportunities they have had to share His Word with people, for the safety they have enjoyed as they travel across northern Wisconsin extensively. Please pray for their work in equipping churches to run an Awana club, pray for the many AWANA workers, and pray that many children will be reached with the Gospel this coming ministry year. And pray that God would move some to join their support team, both in prayer and financially.
